Sales and contact channels
Use our website, get in contact with our Customer Service team, meet with one of our sales reps or field engineers on your jobsite, or visit a Hilti Store closes to you.
In our endeavor to provide you a seamless buying experience, we have introduced a digital payment option for online orders.
To view your past invoices, log in to your Hilti Online account, select the invoice you need in the 'Order History', and click 'Request copy of invoice'.
Improve productivity, help reduce paper waste, and make things simpler. Sign up for paperless billing, and receive digital invoices via email the same day your order ships.
Credit and debit card
Hilti accepts payment for orders and repairs via almost all credit and debit cards. You can use your credit and debit card:
- When using the Hilti website.
- When speaking to a member of our team in Customer Services.
- In one of our nationwide Hilti Stores.
Hilti credit account
Anyone who has an account with Hilti is eligible to apply for credit terms with us. This means you can order goods on an invoiced basis, and then settle all of your invoices in one consolidated payment. Credit terms are subject to status.
