Which anchor to coose for a C15 concrete, not reinforced?

A load of 28N and a bending moment of 9N.m are applied on the side of a plate of 100x75mm. The plate is 500mm long and only one anchor is set at the middle of the plate on the side 100x500mm. Please let me know which anchor would be appropriate for this arrangement.

You can choose RE500 V4 with HAS U anchors in Profis Engineering.
