The issued certificates are with wrong dates (Validity = July 2019 to July 2020)

Dear Esakkiragul Thank you for your question. The webinar obtained CPD validation from an Engineering Institution in South Africa. The validation was obtained in July 2019 and the CPD content will be valid until July 2020 so if the content is presented between these two dates (between July 2019 and July 2020) the CPD points can be redeemed with various engineering institutions - e.g ECSA (Engineering Council of South Africa) . We have verified that it is still valid and if you do wish to claim for CPD points you can do so. Hope this answers the question. Yes, I understand the issue. System automatically creates certificates so if one is flawed all is flawed. We are investigating 2 things, 1st is the certificate validity and 2nd is the system. We will notify you and everyone at the same time when we resolve the question, Thank you for your understanding.
