we are participating one opportunity in Guhzain mine in Oman. this mine is underground copper extraction mine. we want to lay 6" fire water line in mine.
the 6" pipe is filled with water, around 50 kg will be weight for one mtr. total length of the pipe is 1600 mtrs.
we will fix this pipe on inside rock surface using channel supports and plates.

Rock base material can be challenging as it behaves very differently and unpredictably from region to region and sometimes has variations in performance in the same localised area as well. For this purpose we recommend onsite testing to establish a reference of anchor performance as we do not have an internationally accepted design methodology for such base material.
Please reach out to your local Hilti contact to arrange the pull out testing. A potential product can be Hilti HIT-RE 500v4.
