Rebar anchoring minimum developement

Dear Hilti Team,
We are currently working on a project in KSA where we need to anchor a new RC column onto an existing RC column. We are designing with ACI codes for this design with Hilti RE 500V3+ Rebar. The new column's rebars, which need to be anchored to the existing columns, are 25mm in diameter. However, the Hilti design page only offers options for 20mm and 32mm diameter rebars.
Only 2 columns out of 10 columns( due to seismic) is having a very less tension in the ultimate load combinations. As per the tentative embedment depth required to anchor these bars are around 560mm for tension and 445 mm for compression ( got it from one reference, since there is no 25mm dia is not in the software).
Could you please confirm if these values are minimum required for tension, as anchoring to this depth is difficult at the existing column locations.
