Re 100 for rebar

Hello , in the attached technical data it's mentioned that RE-100 Seismic qualified with ICC-ES Acceptance Criteria AC308 and ACI 355.4 but there is no any approval in Eurocode/ETA . Does this make it qualify for seismic application ?

RE100 is not seismically qualified for ETA approval.
