I have a query regarding the process of the issuing of the attendance certificate. I have attended 2 HILTI webinars including Façade 201. But I haven't recieved an official certificate yet.
Kindly enlighten me on this and do the needful at the earliest.

I have checked the situation,
I see that you have attended to the Façade 201 webinar 30th of the month session,
However, the reason you did not receive your certificate is, you have only attended 8% of the webinar,
In order to receive certificates, you need to attend at least 60% of a webinar,
