Need attendance certificate

I attend Fire Protection 201 - Stopping The Fire In Energy but not receive certificates

UL/FM Certificates,certificates are located on top right of the page,firestop code

It’s not showing in my list of certificates only showing facade 101 I attended in 28/3/2019 but Fire protection 201 I attended in 5-6-2020
