In anchors ETA Approvals specially tested for C1 and C2 seismic loading, it mentions it has been tested for static and quasistatic loading, Can you please define quasistatic loading ?

Dear Mohamed,
Thanks for your question.
Quasi static loading is a time varying static load, but the resultant inertial forces are so small that we can neglect them and can consider quasi static loading as static. Contrary a dynamic load, for instance, a seismic load results in a vary inertial forces.
Hope that's the answer.
Let me know if there is any other question.
