Which standard is recommended in Indian Hospital in terms of Fire Codes, etc ?

Dear Ghulam,
Thank you for posting your question on Ask Hilti
India has their own building code, NBC (National Building Code), however these do not mention any specific fire testing standard other than a few ISO requirements. Hence Project Consultants in India widely follow ASTM & UL Standards for fire protection requirements.
