HY 200 R V3 chemical hole diameter issue

We are using HY 200 R V3 chemical for anchor fixing M27 (AM M27x2000 8.8 grade rod) diameter rod, instead of 30 mm hole diameter, we have made 60 mm diameter. Please advise if there will any issue with the load bearing capacity of the anchor.
