GENERATE REPORT - issue

Dear Support,

While clicking the "Save and Generate" in the "Generate Report" Page we are getting the below error.

Calling web service signalr-service failed.
Unsupported area Common.Units.Unit.
Please try again later. If the problem persists contact us at ae.technicalsupport@hilti.com

Please help to solve this issue.
